N.B: Notarial Service(Adoulaire)
(Real estate transactions, Inheritance, Donations,...)

The Consulate of Morocco in Toronto does not currently have a notarial (adoular) service. The Consulate of Morocco in Montreal therefore temporarily continues to establish the adoular acts for all Moroccan nationals residing everywhere in Canada (by making an appointment), pending the opening of the adoular service at the Consulate of Morocco in Toronto.

Please note that the CNIE Card must be valid to benefit from this service. People whose CNIE Card has expired and who reside in Ontario, Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Alberta, British Columbia, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, or Yukon, must first apply for renewal of their CNIE Card at the Consulate of Morocco in Toronto, before contacting the adoular service of the Consulate of Morocco in Montreal.

- either in person at the Consulate of Morocco in Montreal -printed documents-,
- or by email (wakala@consulatdumaroc.ca) -attachment documents-,
- or by post (address of the Consulate of Morocco in Montreal) -printed documents-.
